Season Dates: August 26th, 2025 through October 19th, 2025
1st-2nd Grade practices - Tuesdays 5:15 to 6:15pm
3rd-4th Grade practices - Wednesdays: 5:15 to 6:15pm
5th-6th Grade practices - Wednesdays: 5:15 to 6:15pm
Games: weekend game/practice schedule will be primarily focused on Sundays, final schedules TBD dependent on inter-community game schedule
No games/practices during Labor Day weekend
Practice Location: Saco Middle School front field
Season Fees:
1st-2nd grade- $70.00/resident; $75.00/non-resident.
3rd-6th grade- $70.00/resident; $75.00/non-resident.
Registrations received after August 15th will include a $5.00 late registration fee.
Required Equipment: sticks*, mouth guard, and shin guards.
*Field Hockey sticks are available for loan through the Saco Parks and Recreation Department - players will be sized at the first practice and can borrow the stick for the full season, no additional cost.

• SPR Youth Field Hockey programs were originally developed in the 1970’s by Coach Sue Spath, who has assisted our program in recent years.
• Staff for the 2025 season have been committed to this program for many years! Angela Bolduc will be returning to SPR for her 23rd SEASON coaching youth field hockey for us, Daron Stryker is in her 7th year coaching, and Meg Gribbin is back for year 4 as our program administrator! Thank you to all of our coaches for your dedication to our program and growing the sport of field hockey in our area!
