Field Hockey, Fall Youth Program
Registration is now open for Fall Youth Field Hockey! For the 2026 season, we are offering the following divisions:
Grades 1-2
Grades 3-4
Grades 5-6
Registration is open through August 14, or as space allows.
SPR Youth Field Hockey Program Info 2026
SPR Staff: Meg Gribbin and Daron Stryker
Season Dates: September 1, 2026 through October 25, 2026
Grades 1-2 practices - Tuesdays 5:15 to 6:15PM
Grades 3-4 practices - Wednesdays: 5:15 to 6:15PM
Grades 5-6 practices - Wednesdays: 5:15 to 6:15PM
Games: Weekend game/practice schedule will be primarily focused on Sundays, final schedules TBD dependent on inter-community game schedule
No games/practices during Labor Day weekend
Practice Location: Saco Middle School front field
Season Fees: $70.00/resident; $75.00/non-resident.
Registrations received after August 14 will include a $5.00 late registration fee.
Required Equipment: sticks*, mouth guard, and shin guards.
*Field Hockey sticks are available for loan through the Saco Parks and Recreation Department - players will be sized at the first practice and can borrow the stick for the full season, no additional cost.
