Join us for some new yoga opportunities at some of Saco's most scenic outdoor spaces! These classes will be guided by Jacqueline Boudreau of Element Yoga & Wellness:www.elementyogame.com

Full Moon Yoga at Bayview Beach
  • Come practice yoga under an open sky by the sea at Bayview Beach in Saco! These specially curated classes have been selected on days where a full moon and low tide collide. Flow through a guided Yoga practice where the sounds, smells and sights of the ocean will enrich your experience and recharge your well-being. Syncing with the rhythms of nature and the joy of being in community, leave feeling realigned and reinvigorated.
  • Yoga Series at Bayview Beach
  • Dates: 9/14. Full moon and low tides!
  • Time: 6:15pm-7:15pm
  • Location: Bayview Beach (parking lots located at the end of Bayview Road)
  • Ages:14+
  • Participants need to provide their own mats! We also recommend a towel, water bottle, and bug spray!

Registration Info:
  • Who: Sessions are open to attendees ages 14+
  • Per Session fee: $22.00 per class
  • Participants must be pre-registered for these classes! We may take walk-ins only if space allows!
  • Maximum: 15 people per class!
