NEW: Bus trip outings for all ages! We are excited to announce that we will be offering different bus trips throughout the year, tailored to different age groups and families. The goal is to offer at least 1 trip per season depending on schedules and availability. They will include outings such as, performances, musicals, sporting events, and more! This is a pilot program that we hope the community enjoys and we will be looking for your input on which events to attend. We want to help participants enjoy local shows by taking away the potential driving and parking hassles!
The group will depart from the Saco Community Center and will take the 14-passenger mini bus. Participants who join do not have to worry about driving to the venue or parking! All transportation, ticket pricing, and parking fees are included in the price listed below. Food and refreshments are at your own cost, unless specified. It is expected that all registrants will ride the bus. Tickets not sold separately. Everyone who registers will receive an email reminder the week of the show!
Age restrictions for trips will vary depending on the outing. Anyone under the age of 18 must accompanied by an adult. Some outings will be up to the parents' discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration canceled at any time: you will receive your full payment amount credited to your account, IF we are able to fill your seat with someone from the wait list. Credits can then be used toward any future program with Saco Parks and Recreation.

November 2025 Trip Information:
Elf the Musical
Come enjoy a night out at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre! Let us take care of transportation while you and your family or friends enjoy the night watching a live musical of Elf! The group will take 1 14-passenger minibus from the Saco Community Center. The bus will drop off right at the Theatre, and we will do the parking! Everyone will be given a ticket upon entering the bus.
Join us for a heartwarming journey filled with laughter and holiday spirit. Based on the beloved 2003 film, Elf is a musical celebration of family and Christmas magic!
When: Friday, November 21st
Where: Seacoast Repertory Theatre- Portsmouth, NH
Time: Depart Saco Community Center at 6:45pm, Return to Saco about 11:00pm.
(Show starts at 8:00pm)
Fee: $58.00/person
Registration: Space is limited. Registration is required for each participant who is planning to attend.
*Registration opens on Friday, September 26th at 8:00am.
**Registration includes transportation to the Theatre and show ticket.
