NEW: Bus trip outings for all ages! We are excited to announce that we will be offering different bus trips throughout the year, tailored to different age groups and families. The goal is to offer at least 1 trip per season depending on schedules and availability. They will include outings such as, performances, musicals, sporting events, and more! This is a pilot program that we hope the community enjoys and we will be looking for your input on which events to attend. We want to help participants enjoy local shows by taking away the potential driving and parking hassles!
The group will depart from the Saco Community Center and will take the 14-passenger mini bus. Participants who join do not have to worry about driving to the venue or parking! All transportation, ticket pricing, and parking fees are included in the price listed below. Food and refreshments are at your own cost, unless specified. It is expected that all registrants will ride the bus. Tickets not sold separately. Everyone who registers will receive an email reminder the week of the show!
Age restrictions for trips will vary depending on the outing. Anyone under the age of 18 must accompanied by an adult. Some outings will be up to the parents' discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration canceled at any time: you will receive your full payment amount credited to your account, IF we are able to fill your seat with someone from the wait list. Credits can then be used toward any future program with Saco Parks and Recreation.

Summer 2025 Trip Information:
Red Sox vs. Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park
Come enjoy a night out in Boston at Fenway Park! Let us take care of transportation while you and your family or friends enjoy a night of baseball. The group will take the 14-passenger minibus from the Saco Community Center. They will then unload at the Riverside Station in Newton, MA, and take the Green Line into Fenway! The stadium is about a 5-minute walk from the T-station. Location of the seats are in the Grandstand Section 11, Rows 13 & 14. They are situated under a covered area.
The group will need to stay together during all aspects of transportation, as the staff member on duty will have all of the mobile, group tickets to enter the ballpark.
When: Friday, July 11th
Where: Fenway Park- Boston, MA
Time: Depart Saco Community Center at 3:00pm, Return to Saco between 11pm-midnight
(Game is at 7:10pm)
Fee: $85.00/person
Registration: Space is limited. Registration is required for each participant who is planning to attend.
**Registration includes transportation to Riverside Station & Ticket to the Game! Participants will need to purchase their own Charlie Card (for the T)- approx: $5.00 total to get to and from the stadium.
