This fall, we are offering two different sessions designed for specific grades featuring age-appropriate activities and equipment for Engineers in 1st through 5th grade. All Engineers will operate the Lego Spike Essential & Prime Systems and the Lego Mindstorm Systems.  With these products, the Engineers will learn about simple machines, gears, and basic robotics coding.  Not only will the Engineers play with Lego, but they will also practice Teamwork, Brainstorming, Experimentation & Hypothesis - all essential skills of STEM work! Our hope for this Lego Engineers Program is that there will be a 4-week session registration available four times per school year.  We ask that your child register for a maximum of 2 sessions per school year so that we can serve as many Lego Robotics Engineers as we can.  Registrations will be monitored by the SPR Office.  Wait listed participants who are not added to the session will be offered a spot in the next session. Tentative dates for Sessions 2-3 this school year: Session One: starting November 12, 2024 Session Two: starting in February 2025 Session Three: starting in April 2025
