Join us for our upcoming community offerings, such as Lunch & Learns and special events at the Community Center! We will be adding more as the year progresses!

These community events are open to everyone 50 years+ including residents and non-residents. SENIORity members will pay the membership price (membership is not required).

Lunch & Learn Series
Join us for these educational offerings and enjoy lunch and learns about different topics throughout the year! Each month we will have a special guest and new topic to explore. Preregistration is required so that we can plan for the lunch order. Doors open at 11:45am so that everyone can get seated with lunch by a little after 12:00pm for the class to start. Please notify us ahead of time with any dietary restrictions or severe allergies. Once you are registered and you can no longer attend, we will need to know 48 hours in advance in order to receive your credits back to your account. Lunch will vary each month, but you can expect something like sandwiches, pizza, salads, OR wraps, plus chips and fruit or veggies. $5.00/members; $8.00/non-members.

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute
Come learn about what the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute has to offer! The Director, Donna Anderson, will present about the program and will have the materials and catalogues for the fall session.

Beginner Swing Dancing
Beginner swing dancing is fun, active, and social for ALL ages! Jen and Ray of Lindy Maine will break down the basics of authentic swing dancing into simple chunks and give you lots of time to practice. You'll get your body moving and laugh with your classmates while listening to some of the greatest music ever: big-band swing and traditional jazz. You don't need a partner and you don't need any experience. Total beginners are welcome.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are not too sticky on the floor. Worn-down comfy sneakers usually do the trick! Flip-flops, sandals, and high heels are not recommended. Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

When: Tuesdays in September- 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24
Time: 10AM-11AM
Where: Saco Community Center Gym
Fee: $65/session
