10:30 AM - 11:30 AM	SENIORity 2024 - Exercise Classes - Gentle Yoga Classes M/W - April-May 2024 Come join us for adult exercise classes! Classes will be modified to abide by all current regulations. Participants must sign up in advance, and group sizes will be limited to 10-15 per class. Participants will have two registration options:1) You may purchase the entire session at a Discounted rate of $4.00/class.2) You may purchase individual classes at $5.00/class.Payment for all sessions is due at registration. Account credits for missed classes will not be issued unless it is due to cancellation by SPR (i.e weather, or instructor conflict). Instructor will not be accepting cash or check payments on site, and participants must bring their own equipment!

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM	USTA New England Tennis in the Parks - The tennis program where kids play while they learn! - Grades 1 & 2 Tennis in the Park Saco Parks and Recreation is excited to partner with USTA Tennis for an instructional tennis program this spring for young athletes in grades 1 through 5!  Led by an approved USTA Net Generation tennis coach, the program will focus on developing the skills to serve, rally, and play.  It’s perfect for beginners or first-time players! This program uses modified tennis balls, age-appropriate rackets and court sizes, and the latest fun, engaging activities that help them successfully learn and play the game quicker.All players in their first session receive and keep a new age-appropriate racquet and a ball!
