SENIORity 2025- Exercise Classes - Line Dancing Classes- April & May Session
Come join us for adult exercise classes! Classes will be modified to abide by all current regulations. Participants must sign up in advance, and group sizes will be limited to 10-15 per class. Participants will have two registration options:1) You may purchase the entire session at a Discounted rate of $4.00/class.2) You may purchase individual classes at $5.00/class.Payment for all sessions is due at registration. Account credits for missed classes will not be issued unless it is due to cancellation by SPR (i.e weather, or instructor conflict). Instructor will not be accepting cash or check payments on site, and participants must bring their own equipment!

Registration opens January 22th for our Soccer Indoor Clinics!This youth program is a great opportunity for recreation-level youth soccer players to work on soccer fundamentals in the off-season! Led by SPR Programmer, Joe Paul, each session will focus on skill development, both individual and small group drills, and different aspects of the game. Drills will focus on ball control, passing, shooting, and game positions. Each session will include 20-25 minutes of drills before moving into a short scrimmage. This recreation program focuses on skills, sportsmanship and having fun! This program is recommended for players who have some prior experience playing soccer to continue to advance their skills in preparation for the fall season!Seats are limited in each division to provide individual tailored instruction for participants, and sessions will fill quickly. Indoor Pickleball- Wednesday Mornings - Pickleball: Wednesday Beginner Drop-In Session III
Join us at the Saco Community Center this winter to try the popular sport of Pickleball: A paddle sport for all ages! This program is for all players who are looking to gain more experience, or who want to come try a new sport. We are offering 3 courts to allow for more games! Please bring your own paddle if you have one, otherwise we have some you can borrow. We will have informational handouts but no formal instruction for beginners. See below for full schedule!This is for less competitive players and is a great opportunity to learn from each other, practice, and improve your Pickleball skills!
