SENIORity 2026- Exercise Classes - Yoga with Weights Classes Fridays- June-August 2026 Come join us for adult exercise classes! Participants must sign up in advance, and group sizes will be limited to about 15-17 per class. Participants will have two registration options:1) You may purchase the entire session at a Discounted rate of $6.00/class.2) You may purchase individual classes at $8.00/class.Payment for all sessions is due at registration. Wiffle Ball - Saco Summer Slam Glow in the Dark Tournament - Free Agent Sign Up (All divisions) SPR is bringing back the 2nd annual Glow in the Dark Wiffle Ball Tournament. Teams of 4-8 players will play together on a team in a double elimination style tournament. The tournament will take place SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th, from 7:30-11 PM at Memorial fields located next to CK Burns school. Only one person from each team has to sign up. The price you see online will be per team. It is 40 dollars for a kids and teens team, and 50 for an adult team. Please sign up with a myrec account and then email cplace@sacomaine.org the rest of the members of your team and their ages. AGES AND DIVISIONSThe Saco Summer Slam Glow in the Dark Tournament welcomes players of all ages. This year there will be three divisions. Child Division- Ages 5-11Teen Division- Ages 12-17Adult Division- Ages 18 and upIf you do not have a team but are still interested in playing. You may sign up in the free agent pool and be placed on a team for the tournament. The free agent pool will be open for all divisions. You will be placed on a team prior to first pitch of the tournament. RULES 2 inning Games or 25 minutes for Pool Play3 Inning games or 40 minutes for Elimination Games yellow wiffle ball bats and regulation wiffle balls will be used 3 outs per inning All Counts will start at 1 ball and 1 strike3 strikes and your out- 3 foul balls after two strikes will also be an out 4 balls will equal a walk, a hit by pitch will be considered a ballTeams of 4-10, a teams line up must stay consistent throughout the game- free sub in the field Child division can have 8 players on fieldTeen Division can have 6 Players on field Adult division can have 5 players on field 8 run mercy rule per inning except the last inning of each gameCan hit runners with the wiffle ball and will be counted as an outCatching position is optional- no stealing bases The idea of the tournament is to put the ball in play, pitchers are welcome to put movement on pitches but there will be a speed limit to pitches depending on the division.
